There is no way to downgrade an account from having TBC. If you really desire a pre-tbc account, you could -instead of selling your current account as it violates the EULA-, either a) buy an additional account and have both, or b) cancel your current account and use only the new one.

Update 07/04: in some cases it is possible to remove a TBC upgrade from an account. However, as these would be very specific cases, you'd have to contact our Billing department to check whether it's possible.
