Scorpid pets

Yes this is a nerf post, live with it.
A hunter's attack power gives his pet extra spelldamage.
Scorpid poison gains a rediculous bonus from this.
Rank 4 does 40 damage over 10 seconds. Stacks 5 times, so 200 damage over 10 seconds.
Doesn't seem too imba right?
A well geared hunter's pet will have about 200+ extra spelldamage.
This add on every stack, thus making it 5x240=1200 damage over 10 seconds.
120 dps from a pet poison?
With raid buffs, trinkets and beastial wrath+ferocious inspiration this gets rediculous.
