Start of the month: make sure you get to Nagrand to collect your pay from the Consortium :)

He give you gems every month, based on your reputation, you get:
Gem Stuffed Envelope for Friendly reputation
Unmarked Sack of Gems Honored reputation
Bulging Sack of Gems for Revered reputation
Bag of Premium Gems for Exalted reputation
He gives the gems on the first of each month, AFTER 04:00 game time (the same time when daily quests reset).

Also, the quest used to be bugged before 2.1 (? not sure), and no, they won't pay us for those months xD
