PvP -> PvE -> PvP

Is it possible to transfer the char back to a PvP server since he was leveled on a PvP server and that seems to be the only reason not to allow PvE->PvP transfers?

If you sign up for a move from PvP to PvE the PCT page actually warns you that you will never be able to go back.

While you have a point, I doubt there will be exceptions and special cases programmed into the system for each special scenario people come up with. Simple rule: if you want to play on PvP, start on PvP (and stay there). :)

It is not more difficult to level on PvP servers, in fact it is easier on busy (ie: lots of the other faction too, so supposedly more"ganking") servers. People are up for grouping and instancing a lot more than PvE servers, this makes finding people for elite quests or LFG instance (except healers, where are they?) extremely easy.
