23/05 Emergency maintenance

We are currently experiencing issues with some of our realms and therefore performing an emergency maintenance in order to correct the situation.

We do not have an ETA at the moment, nonetheless we will try to inform you as more information becomes available.

The affected realms:
Balnazzar, Genjuros, Hellscream, Laughing Skull, Magtheridon, Nordrassil and Quel'Thalas.

We sincerely apologise for this inconvenience. Our technicians are giving this their highest priority.

Update 17:40:
This just in, tentative ETA is now 19:30 CEST (Paris time).

Update 18:00:
As mentioned in the previous update, ETA is still 19:30 CEST. This means that we expect to be able to start bringing the affected realms back up at that time. After which it will take a little while longer for all realms to be back up and running again.

yust wondering wat you maintenance guys do during the server maintenance can't you double check those servers before you bring them up so you dont got problems?

Anyway... get em up asap.

Taking into account your realm is affected, I understand your need to comment, that's fine. But any issues we have due to something like a patch will be slightly more complicated than double checking the plugs are plugged in.

Just look at it this way. Hardly any other realm is getting THIS much attention.

but on a serious note, think most of our guild even said yesterday evening that cya on thursday as this was kind of expected :)

I just have 1 question, will you be here to give an ETA about when we will be able to play again? Or will we have to follow the blue flooded realm status forums?

I really hope this doesn't turn into any more of a flame thread because I was genuinly hoping for an answer as to what the problems have been with the battlegroup recently, obviously thats hard to do otherwise you'd have fixed it, but is it time for us to stard looking at migration ir are there further develpments the gaming community haven't been told about? :-/

The realms are getting restarted one by one and should be back soon. That's the latest information we have received, but we will keep you updated. The issue is still being looked into.
