16/05 Latency problems on some realms

The Auction Houses on all realms are not working correctly. We are restarting the realms to solve this.

We are still looking in to the latency problems on the affected realms.

We are aware that that several realms have a high latency at the moment.

Our technical team is working with a high priority on this. As soon as we have more information we will update this thread. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We have been told that the realms are stabilising. They are still being monitored to further address any instability this might have caused.

There is something seriously wrong with Lagsorrow and it's been going on for months on and off. Best of luck to the techs (and keeping my fingers crossed) that they fix it soon.

They are still working on resolving this issue, but I'm afraid I don't have any updates for you yet.

This issue is still being looked into, but unfortunately I don't have an ETA.

It generally seems to be the same group of servers that take a bashing and, from a Hellscream prespective, the problem has been ongoing with what seems like lots of temp fixes until it becomes unplayable and then crashes. In the last two weeks this has been especially bad and two extended maintenances have seemingly done nothing, ironically after each extended maintenance the realm actually gets worse not better which as you can imagine doesn't make a happy customer.

I totally understand that you are annoyed, and we are working hard to get the realms back as soon as possible.
