You know you're fighting a skilled player...

Blizzard Post
when?

Basically, I want you to post the way you determine if a player of the opposite faction is skilled or not.
Be it due to the fact that he owns you, or the fact that it irritates you, whichever suits you, the true point of this post is to share your visions of the skilled player with the rest of us.

I'll give it a go then;

As a warrior, I know I'm fighting a skilled:

Druid:
-When he/she Maims when in Battle stance (can't use Berserker Rage :X), then goes caster and cyclones me to get a free heal.
-Uses at least one lacerate to prevent me from bandaging through Intimidating shout (In case his trinket is on CD).
-When he/she knows when it's time to run, and doesn't die for no good.

Paladin:
-When he's helping his teammates out through different methods (All from BoFing a frozen player to Healing the, stunning their opponent, JoJing that fleeing druid).
-When he knows how to fake-heal.
-He knows that Blessing of Sacrifice prevents him from being polymorphed / CC'd (Most CC's that is) if thrown on a player in battle.
Basically helps his team out whenever, which he really doesn't need to be Holy for to be able to. Any retribution paladin can throw a heal in emergency, aswell as help out with a BoF, those are the skilled ones!

Mage:
-Not Pom-specced!!111 (Just had to :p)
-Doesn't instakill himself through spell reflect (Ouch, done this several times to mages :-) )
-Knows that Detect magic > Spell reflect
-Abuses rank 1 Abilities such as frostbolt.
-Knowns when to use Counterspell!

Hunter:
-Places his pet in the doorway on agressive mode (In wsg for example, on your way to the roof, if you put your pet on "Stay" and agressive mode, it will attack any rogue who passes by, seeing as they can see through stealth on a different basis than characters) to prevent stealthers to pass by.
-Abuses his long range to kite you to death
-Uses intimidation to flee, not to murder.
-Sends pet to get rogues out of stealth.
-Sends pet to destroy totems.

Warlock:
-Isn't constantly using his felhunters "Devour Magic" ability as an auto-cast, but instead uses it to dispell himself / other teammates (Traps can be dispelled, polymorph, heck, he can even remove silence from himself with this pet, if he's not noob and goes all-agressive-auto-devour-mode).
-Knowns how Fear and CoR operates together.
-Places his pets away to use their full potential (Succubus won't get feared, Felguard can't intercept at long range.)
-Uses intercept with his felguard when there's 0.5-1 sec left on Kidney shot, in order to cast a fear immediately afterwards without getting interrupted.
-Knowns how imba spellstone is, same with healthstone.
-Sends his pets to follow rogues who recently stealthed, abuses doorway agressive pet juts like hunters.
-Does a /target <Flag Carrier Name> then tells his pet to attack, in order to be able to follow the pet to the flag carriers location.
-Abuses rank 1 Dots versus running priests (priests will most likely dispell a corruption, but never check the actual rank, although curse of agony should be max ranked).
-Uses auto-devour versus druids and shamans, in order to Insta-purge naturesswiftness when thrown.
-Sends his pet to attack shaman tremor totem, while starting to cast fear (this way fear will land, and there will be no tremor around).

Warrior:
-Protects his healer at all cost
-Knows when to use his CD's without wasting them
-Is familiar with the use of Spell reflection, even though it's hard to master.
-Never forgets to renew a hamstring, could mean death.
-Kills enemy healers first, and doesn't go for the enemy warriors instead.

Rogue:
-Not afraid to waste his CD's to win.
-Saps a warrior to make sure he uses berzerker rage (if in berserker stance), to be able to use gouge during combat.
-Gouges a warrior when he notices the warrior has changed to battle stance, since he can't use berserker rage (Althogh a warrior could've used it in advance, but then again , <3 mods counting down buffs)
-Goes for the healers, yet again.
This is probably the class I know least of, all I do is zerg 'em and it works really well!

Shaman:
-Helps his teammates when needed, and doesn't just go solo-pew-pew all the time.
-Uses his earthshock to counter spells versus a caster, not to deal damage (this is different from battle to battle though, sometimes you aint got no choice but to use it for damage).
-Uses grounding totem when that ever-so-scary mage goes AP-Trinket....
-Abuses purge to its full potential (Such as purging players your teammates are attacking, if they've recieved a power word shield).
-Tries to fake heal when needed
Yet another class I really don't know alot about!

Priest:
-Is aware of the fact that Dispell Magic is one of the best abilities in-game, it can be used to help your teammates, but also offensively (dispelling PW:S, Ice Barrier, you name it).
-Actually uses mass dispell versus a paladin, though it's really rare.
-Knowns how to fake-heal.
-Even though in shadow form, aids teammates with PW:S when needed, aswell as DISPELLS (I've hardly EVER seen this happen, really, I find it strange that shadowpriests never tend to dispell teammates, is dispell a holy ability? I'm quite sure it's discipline, oh well, what do I know..)

Would like to hear your versions :-).
Every new tip is great, I do hope some of these might come handy for you pvpers out there.
