Good Anti-Keylogger Programs?

Hi guys, I run scans on my computer regularly with anti-virus (AVG) and anti-spyware (Ad-aware) software but was wondering if this is sufficient for checking for keyloggers specifically? Hearing some horror stories of accounts cleaned out is a uncomfortable thought. It would probably ruin the whole game for me so I was wondering is there any good programs I can use to run with or instead of the programs I'm currently using?
