Because the mob's corpse is lying on top of the items and are therefore unreachable... and because they are sticky and they smell bad.

They forgot most of their dance moves when their bodies first died... That also explains the limited dance moves of the male undead.

Because of the limited capacity in the humanoid brain at level 60... you can learn more things at level 70 when the brain has evolved further :-)

It is a safety measure to only have one minion out at a time. If you had two or more minions out, they would bicker and fight amongst themselves and forget everything about their surroundings and the task at hand.

The higher level the gear is, the more difficult it is to put on. Gaining a level = gaining more knowledge on how to dress efficiently.
