Remember, we will only ever contact you from an email address ending in @blizzard.com (typically from WoWAccountReviewEU@blizzard.com or WoWgmEU@blizzard.com or @email.blizzard.com - in the case of the Newsletter (Wow Insider).
Remember:
- a Blizzard Employee will NEVER ask for the password to your account or email address.
- account information, such as your Secret Question/Answer and CD key will only be requested if your account is suspended, or if you have contacted us for assistance.
- a Blizzard Employee will NEVER contact you via MSN or any chat program.
We advise you not to send a copy of your ID documents or of your account details in answer to a mail that looks suspicious.
We strongly recommend you not to reply to dodgy emails asking you for your account name and password , as it will result in your account becoming compromised. If you have already sent your information in response to the email, please contact the Game Security Support via the webform (http://eu.blizzard.com/support/webform.xml)
