I just want to get a few things straight a moment... tell me if im wrong, because i think that the english language has moved on without me but...
THAN is related to the concept of comparison (comparing two things, people, or ideas). THEN is always related to the concept of time. THAN and THEN are a pair of the most often misused words in the english language and world of warcraft.
examples of using these words.
"I am older THAN you"
"i have better grammar THAN you"

"mine the copper, THEN smelt it into bars."
"ok THEN i will"

im even sitting here right now and beside me it says on a notice "No more then 2 people to a computer" <-- this is WRONG!

I haven't been able to spoke proper England since I was a children.

As has been said, you have to consider that not everyone has English as a primary language. Personally I think it's great that we can talk across cultures so simply.

Sure, people get confused by grammar rules from time to time; but as long as you can understand what they are trying to say I don't find it to be much of a problem.

Of course, if the level of English is so low that you have no idea what the intended message is then it can be a real test of patience to try and help or communicate with the person.
