Why has VE been nerfed? Can't see the problem with the 30% and that it can crit...
And why nerf Silent Resolve? Was it imbalenced?

You can still get critical heals from Vampiric Embrace, but it is from the Crit of the damage spell, not the crit of VE. There shouldn't be a double benefit and it was a bug that it was possible in the first place.
