We just posted the latest Test Realm patch notes and there is one change that concerns you:

The bonus of the "Wrath of Air" totem now applies to healing spells as well.

Fair enough. I just wanted to get the information out as fast as possible... (I strongly disagree with the wording "lazy" :p).
