It's that time, once again, to read about some of the events going on in and around the WoW community! The Machinima makers have been busy, as we've seen several good new WoW movies being released over the last few days. See these featured in the Fansite and Fan Creation secions below. Fansites:
- English site Myndflame talks about the changes in the Machinima Community and the reasons why there are not as many new World of Warcraft movies as there used to be. Myndflame has also posted one of the greatest classic machinimas known for fantastic lighting and animation: The Craft of War: Blind.
- Italian site Battlecraft has translated our explanation of why we have seen so many hotfixes in 4.0.6. On this site you can also find great advice on how to prevent a guild disband, and don't forget to check out their guide on the rules and strategies of Warsong Gulch.
- Danish site WoW.Gaming.dk announces that machinima producer, Martin Falch, the creator of the Tales of the Past trilogy, is giving a lecture on machinima making on 1 March at Aarhus Library.
- Italian site WoW.Mulitplayer.it has posted a translation of the Luck of the Draw blog post that was recently posted on our site.
- Polish site www.world-of-warcraft.pl is featuring three awesome machinimas, two of them being recent productions and the last one being a classic gem.
- Turkish site WoW-TR explains how to read the new Latency meter that was added to the game with the last patch.
- Czech and Slovak site WoWfan.cz takes a look at how the world was before the Cataclysm with a collection of pre-Cataclysm maps.
