I seem to remember a similar request a while ago. After a week Blizz asked Telia to check the hardware and found it was at fault. Have Blizz actually asked them to look for the problem closer to home before turning to the commuity for help?

Trace routes are helpful to identify the possible locations of the problem. We are not sitting still twiddling our thumbs waiting for trace routes, but investigate other data available. :)
