Level 70 (tbc & twink) pvp battleground queue

Hi,

For some reason, there seem to be no battlegrounds still for level 70 xp capped (TBC) and 70-79 locked players, even after the battlegroup merge, which supposedly lets anyone over Europe play with each other.

"Average waiting time" horde side is about 50 min for warsong, and 5 min for arathi, the rest and also alliance side they are all "Unavailable".

Even after queuing for several hours as either horde or alliance, there are no battlegrounds.

I'm quite sure that there are enough players in this range that there should be battlegrounds to play in during the day, either as alliance or as horde..

It really looks like there is a problem with the queues, either they don't call people in when they should, or they are quite selective in which people they call in (that is, noone I have talked to either alliance or horde, which includes whole TBC guilds with 20+ level 70 members), or they do not work at all..

The "average waiting time" really should not be fixed on "5 minutes" for days, when queueing doesn't get anyone into the BG. Of course this is just an "approximate number" but I don't think it's possible to get a worse approximation than that.

There were LOTS AND LOTS of battlegrounds right after the 4.0.1 pre-cata patch where only lv70 twinks played (bgs were almost instant), and one day they all just disappeared, and nothing ever since.. It is really hard to believe that everyone stopped queueing for the BGs.. And this was of course even before the battlegroup merge.

I guess there is a bug with the queue system and that is why people don't get in, but when is it going to get fixed?

I believe that we all really want to play PVP Battlegrounds, as it's a great aspect of the game, and it would be very sad to have that taken away.

Thanks,
Leorem

Q u o t e:
- Level 70 EXP Locked players are very small in comparison, thus the twinks who wanted them really didn't want them, and explains the lack of people signing up.

This is most likely the case but I have forwarded it for further investigation anyway, just to be sure. :)
