Black Morass not working well

So, Me and My friends have been doing Black Morass few times in the past three days and the instance has bugged 90% of the time. Today the 2nd boss just dropped aggro in the middle of the fight and then evaded ofcourse and got to 100% heals. That was our 2nd try.
First try went well untill 1st boss came. We dropped 1 beacon to to kill the adds but after 5 seconds it disappeared, there was mobs and the dragon was hitting them but then it just disappeared.

One day we were doing again well but we got whelps hitting the shield down and they evaded, nothing could be done to kill them and still they eated the shield up.
Black Morass is a intensive instance which I like to run but after these few bugs I feel really depressed and don't want to try it much more until it is fixed.

All I want to know is "Is Blizzard aware of this instances instability?"

Black Morass is supposed to work just fine and it is most surely should not be plagued by bugged encounters and evading mobs... especially not in the way you are describing here.

I would suggest that you report this issue to the Game Masters in-game, so that they can investigate this issue further.
