hunters ,

why are hunters the only class that isnt the same class anymore?

rename it to ranged rogues or smth pls.

and make one more classs that will be hunter, or just answer the question: why are only hunters totally changed?

It is correct that Hunters have received a new resource system, but that is not the same as the class having been changed into another class... Hunters are still Hunters!
