Cataclysm & its in-game changes!

Haven't found a decent removal of items / achievement list when 4.0.3 hits, so I decided to make one.

I am only posting achievements and items that already exist in-game. So I am not talking about Cataclysm achievements being added.

Achievements being removed / added / turned into a feat of strength.

- 1000 Stone keeper's shards.
Turns into a Feat of Strength.

- Scepter of the Shifting Sands Chain quest line.
Turns into a Feat of Strength named Veteran of the Shifting Sands.

- The Undying.
Will turn into a Feat of Strength.

- The Immortal
Will turn into a Feat of strength.

- Champion of Ulduar
Will turn into a Feat of Strength.

- Conqueror of Ulduar
Will turn into a Feat of Strength.

- He Feeds on your tears (10/25)
Will turn into a Feat of Strength.

- Herald of the Titans
Will turn into a Feat of Strength.

- A tribute to skill / mad skill / insanity (10/25)
Will turn into a Feat of Strength.

- Zul'Gurub.
Will turn into a Feat of Strength.

- Hero of the Zandalar Tribe
Will turn into a Feat of Strength.

- Deadliest Catch.
Will turn into a Feat of Strength.

- Operation: Gnomeregan / Zalazane's Fall.
Will turn into a Feat of Strength (not sure if it has been removed in 4.0.1 already)

- What A Long, Strange Trip It's Been.
Now also rewards Master Riding.

- Insane in the Membrane.
Will (very very likely) be removed.

- Loremaster.
Loremaster of Eastern Kingdoms and Loremaster of Kalimdor no longer requires you to complete a given amount of quests anymore. You now have to complete the achievements for each zone to get the Loremaster title.
All the WoW classic zones now have their own quests achievement: Arathi Highlands Quests, Badlands Quests, Blasted Lands Quests, Burning Steppes Quests etcetera.



Item Changes / Removal.

Removal.

- Swift Zulian Tiger.
Will no longer be obtainable.

- Swift Razzashi Raptor.
Will no longer be obtainable.

- Swift Razzashi Hatchling.
Will no longer be obtainable.

- Crusader's white Warhorse.
Will no longer be obtainable.

- Crusader's black Warhorse.
Will no longer be obtainable.

- Swift Alliance Steed.
Will no longer be obtainable.

- Swift horde Wolf.
Will no longer be obtainable.

- Recipe: Dirge's kickin' chimaerok chops
Will very likely be removed, but this has not been confirmed yet.

- Other items from the Ahn'Qiraj quest line.
Will no longer be obtainable.

- Zul'Gurub Items.
Will no longer be obtainable.
Zin'Rokh the Destroyer will be obtainable through archaeology, and will be Binds on Account (BoA).


- Dragons of Nightmare Items.
Will no longer be obtainable.
- Azuregos’ items.
Will no longer be obtainable.

Changes.

- Reins of the Blue Drake.
Will be available again as a drop from the 10 man encounter Malygos.

- Tome of Polymorph: Turtle.
Will no longer be available as a Zul’Gurub drop, but will be obtainable through other means.

- Reins of the Raven Lord.
No longer needs assistance of a druid to summon. Any class can now see Anzu upon entering his room.
