Blizzard´s charging me without Authorization

I quit WoW and canceled my subscription in May 2010, and we´re in september and blizzard continues to charge 12.99 euros every month, I tried to e-mail them about 30 times already, they say it needs to be by phone, I tried to call blizzard and nothing happend, I even tried to call to blizzard´s spanish support and english support, and nothing.


Did anyone had the same problem ?? what should I do?? any ideas?


Ps: I´m using a friends account to post this because it won´t let me using my account. my characters name in Malaico and he´s on burning steppes.
