Why isn't NEED restriction on lower levels.

After vanilla dungeons you get to bc dungeons what only let you need items your class actually needs, why isn't this at lower levels too? Would make things so much easier.

Itemization at low levels is indeed a bit disorganized, as some classes have an easier time to gather gear for their various specializations than other classes in the lower levels. If we enabled the need restrictions in low level dungeons as well, then it would be unfair for those classes with fewer variations of gear available in their respective armor classes.

Also, the breakdown of stats is very different in the early part of the game, which is another reason why these restrictions only apply to items above item level 70.
