Arathi Basin exploits

It's still possible for Alliance to bypass the starting gate in AB before the game begins. Just now we had them cap several flags a few seconds after the gates opened.

This was paired with the well known "standing on top of stables roof" exploit. These cheats have been possible for years now and we are losing games due to them. It's time to fix these once and for all. Make a 20y high invisible wall all along Alliance's starting area and an invisible block on the stables roof.

As said there, please report these players to us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
