If the Paladin did use Hand of Protection on the Warrior, even after the Warrior had already started using Bladestorm, he shouldn’t then have been able to do any damage to either you or your partner. Obviously this is what the tooltip says, but I’ve also just double-checked to confirm it (with the use of a fellow member of the support team, and some unsuspecting mammoths!). ;)
If you see this kind of thing happening again, and you can see that one of you
is taking damage, please check your Combat Log to verify precisely where the damage is coming from (and if necessary you can then report it to us for further investigation).
