Scam mail warning

been getting the below email for the last several days:
DO NOT CLICK THE LINK BELOW IT LEADS TO THE SCAM SITE< I SAY AGAIN DO NOT CLICK

In order to guarantee the legitimacy of your account, we need you check your account status here as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please visit :

firstly my IP is NOT anything even remotly close to that (no i'm not going to post my IP before someone asks me to....)

secondly bad grammer and spelling give this away as a scam mail, nevermind the URL is very very VERY wrong lol

thirdly when i checked the email header anyways, surprise surprise sent from a @hotmail account, ip stamped on it when trace that back goes to one of the provincial networks in main land CHINA...
