Question about new posts being locked

I read both the European and the American forums everyday.

I would like to ask the moderators of the EU forum why so many more posts are frequently locked in comparison to ths U.S WoW forums. As people have stated it is not a matter of the right to freedom of speech as this is void once you accept the T.O.S before posting.

I do hope this post is not locked and some clear answer or at least some light shed on the differences in policy that seems to be enforced between EU and U.S forums.
