Why should you care? You've obviously been banned enough times to show that you have no intention of using the forums properly. Other than as a way to cause trouble that is.

And a Permanent ban is called such to distinguish it from a temporary ban, duh. Much like a 'life sentence' doesn't often last until you are dead. It's a ban that lasts until Blizz decides to lift it as opposed to '3months later'.
