Ignoring your customers and hoping it'll go away?

Never thought that a company would reconstruct the suicide SOE made on SWG.

You're really underestimating your customers dedication to keep their private information.... private.


Seen this happen before, when SOE ignored their customers plea to not add features they didnt want, SOE ignored them, and now players are ignoring SOE made games.
