"Extended Maintenance"

Basically: I can't remember the last time a maintenance session didn't have to be extended past the estimated time that it was supposed to finish.

Please, Blizz, just give us a more realistic maintenance estimate instead of just saying that it's "extended" for an undetermined amount of time. :(

If the need to extend weekly maintenance could be predicted, we would have already taken that into account when we first announce upcoming maintenance. As it is, unexpected things can and do occur that mean we cannot bring the realms up at the time we expected to be able to. It's unfortunate and of course we wish it wasn't necessary but it is.
