Staff of gargoyle - Blue Tracker

Hi,
I Have been doing PoS for about a week and a bit now, and the only weapons he ever drops for me are the axe and some other one, but my friend in the guild seems to be always getting the staff.
I read on one of those WoW info websites that there is a 25-50% chance of him dropping the staff, is that the right drop rate? or am I doing something wrong because he never drops it.

I'm guessing it might just be me having bad luck, but I just want to check to see if it is just that.

It can be hard work doing the same dungeon over and over again just for one item, that's for certain. Even if it's one of your favourite dungeons, after you've done it over and over again over a long period of time it can just seem so hard to keep going. I've done it a lot myself so you have my commiserations. But good luck. ;-)
