Forced name showing is disgusting.

I am sorry but what are you thinking?

I am the only person in the world with my name (mix of two rare surnames).
Why on earth would I want someone to be able to see my name? It would be extremely easy to find out who I was, the only people in WoW who know my name are friends I have met up with. That is why they are the only people on my Real ID list. This feature completely defeats the point in it.

I have been a regular poster on these forums for years, as of the introduction of this feature I will no longer post. I am extremely disapointed I will not be able to express my veiws/opinions/thoughts with the community, but I have no desire to share my identification with the world.
