Hi.

I purchased the Celestial Steed mount from the Blizzard EU store around 4 hours ago, payment was accepted and I redeemed the code on battle.net. It then said that i would receive a in game mail and my mount would be ready to use.

However still 4 hours later i have no in game mail and no mount.

Help with this would be great. Thanks.
