Blizzurd epic fail Real ID and Locked threads

So I follow also in US forums becoz its very interesting such epic fail from Blizzurd and if you look over there you don't see tons of locked threads. You see tons of Real ID threads but not theses threads locked. So what exaclty is the problem of moderators here? Why can't ppl have their free expression? You voice your opinion.
