How come I can't find any of the information on the forums about this whole huge topic that seems to be on everyones mind about Bashiok posting his real name...

Could it be because the topics are getting deleted for some reason?

I would really much like to know the reason, due to it being harmless and completely optional to post your name here and now I can't seem to find anything about this anywhere I look.

Also a more valid question would be;

Will Blizzard be as quick about deleting and removing topics if it was about one of their players instead of one of the employees?

We typically only lock posts. We only usually delete if a post has swearing in it. We will of course also delete posts or threads that appear to contain personal information, whether it is real or not.
