Why cant we get another big raid before cata?

It's a bit of a catch, really. If we made another expansive raid instance we'd have to hold back on our development of Cataclysm. There are a great deal of challenges remaining in the game yet to be eaten up by your characters. There is at least one challenge have yet to be attained at all - by anyone. :)
