Worgen mage a problem? - Blue Tracker

I've always been a mage at heart...tried all of the classes through level 60...but only mage have felt like it fits me the best.

I also like the sprint racial and looks of the worgen, but I'm concerned that it will hinder my stats as a caster.

Now I'm no hardcore WoW gamer so I don't really know much....but....how much would my Worgen mage differ that of...let's say from a gnome mage....if only lvl 85 stats are to be looked at without any gear on that would increase stats?

Will I be always outmatched by the "true" caster races?

I think the real worry is the graphic for worgan casting, blizz have seeminlgy gone to a lot of effort to make the race look good, I hope they dont fall at last hurdle and mimic the tauren casting for worgens.

Call me bias maybe, but I can say with my hand to my heart that the worgen casting animations so far do look simply Awesome. That's right. Awesome with a capital 'A'.

A fireball is best channelled from ones hands. Imagine just uttering the words alone and a fireball coming from your mouth... it just doesn't bear thinking about.
