I would put 5g on his Bacon Sandwiches XD Feed him Bacon Sandwiches!

Ok Garrosh would like to have Beef from Cairne Bloodhoof, and some Pickles and cheese on his Sandwiches. Or If I want to give Garrosh a Revolting Sandwich I'd add Pig Turd to go with it and Get a Orc to serve him, after Garrosh bites it and tastes horrible and thinks a Orc Cook put Pig !%@! in his sandwich for a laugh!

I always imagined him to have a simple cheese and pickle sandwhich, but the bread would be made of two inch thick ceramic tiles and the butter would be cement.
