Honestly blizzard do you think this is actually acceptable? True the agreement says you have no financial liability however it is still considered socially acceptable to take money and not deliver. I hope you one day run foul of trading laws with this and get sent to a financial stone age. Sort yourselves out.

Edit: Well that shows just what blizzard think of Emeriss, it was the first to go down and yet it is not aknowledged in the breaking news that there is a problem, it's so nice to see equally paying customers treated with a healthy dose of inequality.
