Hello, im a bit confused of why we danes cannot recruit a friends let me clarify

https://www.retsinformation.dk/Forms/R0710.aspx?id=2288

Kapitel 2
Pyramidespil

which translates to

Chapter 2

§ 5 a. Pyramidschemes are illegal. By pyramidschemes is meant a pyramidic built arrangement, where: (this isnt true for RAF since theres no pyramid, u simply invite a friend, u have no gain in economics)
1) participating demands a fee of money or other economic values (this is true for RaF)
2) participating gives you oportunity to gain economic wealth (this doesnt apply to RAF, u dont get money , u only do it to either get the mount or to get a friend playing for ur joy)
3) this economic gain, derives from submissions from participants eventually entering the arrangement (nope not applying either, since ur friend is in no need to do this, and neither u gain anything from this, ur friend my do but u wont)

so im very confused as to this topic, as the reason for not having RaF in Denmark is this pyramidschemelaw... to some point i do understand the arena tourn thing, since theres a possibility to gain money, though the 3rd rule does not apply since the winnings are alrdy set, and not increased by entering participants...)

id like further explaination to this, since at most we just get:

theres no discriminations, but laws in your country are against it...

id like to see where the problem is, and if there is a problem, i see numerous loopholes...

thx for listening
