Are bliz doing bad?

Well first was this spectral steed and now they put first flying passenger mount in raf (everyone would like to have that one). Well this I kind of understand because even though it's profitable you are not still forced to buy it.

But then there are new changes in catalysm.

PVE: 10m offer same rewards as25m which means 25m are worthless while 10m are now way to go. We all know that for casual people 10m is always more suitable.

Pvp: No rating requirements. Majority of casual players never get to 1.8 so now they can get those weapons eventually for free by just losing 10 arena games per week.

Basicly with this they make sure all casuals get same stuff what serious games work hard on. I understand being casual friendly and all, but isn't this too much? Eather bliz is doing really bad or they got way too greedy.
