Multiple chars?

hi. I read the FAQ but i'm not quite sure if i understand it correctly.

If i sign up, will i be able to create multiple characters and therefor play in different teams with different people? or is 1 registration equal to 1 character?

If multiple chars are possible, do i for example get the pet twice if i have played those 50 games on 2 of those chars?

Let me quote the Terms of Use:

[..]Each Arena Pass participant that competes in fifty (50) matches during the last four weeks of the Arena Pass Service shall be eligible to receive a unique, “pet,” that the Arena Pass participant may associate with one (1) World of Warcraft account registered by the Arena Pass participant.[..]

If you are meeting the requirements mentioned above, all characters on the World of Warcraft that you subscribed with Arena Pass shall receive the pet. This equals happy characters on your live realms :)
