Poll: My First WoW Character

Before any daring hero-to-be can take their first tentative steps into the wilds of Azeroth, they have already been faced with one decision in particular that will ultimately shape the path of the adventures that await them: what class should they choose? Will they be destined to ignite or corrupt their foes with the use of magic? Will they make use of swords, maces or axes to aid them in vanquishing their enemies? Perhaps they will call upon the power of nature, light, or possibly even the very elements themselves in order to defeat the threats they face? In the above poll we ask you which class did you pick for your first character?

Mage for me. I retired him at 60, with the worst record ever of losing loot rolls. Think I still have him lying around somewhere though. Levelled another Mage later when I felt like playing one again, as I had switched realm by then.

And if we're talking as far back as beta, still a Mage. :-)

My first was a Human Warrior. Levelled him to the level 60 cap of old and was an absolute joke at understanding my role and how to fulfil it. He remains level 62 and is now retired in Honor Hold for the greater good of society. :) Good times.
