Vanity slots for gear

One of my main gripes about WoW these days is the fact everyone looks exactly the same and logging into Dalaran is like visiting a hall of mirrors at the fun fair. An easy and fun way to get around this would be vanity slots which would let players add a bit of diversity to their looks and get more of a unique feeling to the game overall.

Other possibilities could be armour dyes but *meh* I'd prefer just vanity slots using existing armour models.
