I spam this macro to get my mail:

There is no confirmation box if I want to accept a COD. Anybody could send me a grey item for 1000 g COD, and I would lose the money. Even GMs wouldn't help me then.

It'd be my recommendation to not use the macro to get your mail if you're worried about paying a COD you do not intend to collect.
