Suggestion : Looking for Dungeon Tool change.

In the weeks since the new LFD tool was released, i have been taking the risk to do the daily random heroic with people other than my Guild mates(With them it is never a question of whether the instance will be completed, more a question of how fast :P ).

During this time, i have encountered multiple groups, where you are barely (Nothing has happened )in the instance and one or several people leave. If that happened to be the tank/healer, you can find yourself through no fault of your own kicking your heels, waiting for the next available tank/healer to join. The fact that you are automatically blocked from rerolling the instance is troublesome if you have limited time.

Here is my suggestion on how to reduce number of times the above situation happen.

1). People leaving an instance immediately at the start, should be blocked for 30 minutes from using LFD.
2). People affected by the actions of 1), should have the block time reduced by the number of people who left. 1 person left, you have to wait 12 minutes, 2 people left 9 minutes etc.
