Tarren Mill problems.

Dear Blizzard,

For the fourth night in a row, during peak raiding times, the Tarren Mill server has once again crashed.

On Monday and Tues, this cost my 10man guild attempts on the Lich King, so we ended up wasting a reset. Yesterday and today, it occurred again, whilst we were on Sindragosa.

Now, of course, what does it matter to you that I and many other raiding guilds lose primetime raiding hours, while 'you look into the problem'? We should be grateful for your non-existent support while you attempt to fix the issues.

My question is this however. This is not a solitary occurence. It has taken place 4 days in a row, and in between there has been a scheduled maintenance. As far as I know, we are the only server to experience these difficulties at the moment, yet we are not even a full server.

Having played on Al'Akir, when it was full and where there are queues of 1000+, I had never experienced the excruciating lag and server crashes that Tarren Mill is experiencing and has been experiencing for multiple weeks. Although the server crashes have only been these past few days, the lag on some nights has rendered the game unplayable.

What I would really like to know is, what are Blizzard doing about this? How can this be allowed to continue for 4 days concurrent? Why am I paying you £26 every 3 months for a game that I am unable to play and enjoy at the reasonable times, when I am at home and not out or at work? Please tell me why, with such poor service and support, should I bother buying Cataclysm and continue to put money into Blizzard, when you are unable to provide me with a service for the money I pay?
