Do I (we) pay for THIS?

As you all might know, there are serious problems on Tarren Mill

We have to play in very annoying lag waves wich makes it almost unable to play.
Then if we have a short time no lag, we will see the following... Server offline.

I paid for a game able to play.. not for a game that goes down for the fourth day in a row, in raiding hours.

Also the lack in support. We have had not even one single message about it from Blizzard.


Whats going on?
