Free character transfer not working

Im trying to use the free character transfer from Kazzak to Genjuros. Ive managed to get all my alts across, but its refusing point blank to transfer my main Paladin.

Transfer starts, goes to pending, and after 5 minutes "error" this has been cancelled.

No reason why it just cancels for no reason :(

Help coz this ends tomorrow and my guild have all transferred nps :/

You say "after 5 minutes "error" this has been cancelled. " -- are you cancelling it or is it telling you it has been cancelled? Can you post up the exact error message.

Because sometimes it says the status is Error and advises you to try doing the character move again. If this is what you're getting, then try leaving it in this state. There appears to be a bug with it sometimes, where it says the status is "Error" but the character move does go through eventually.

Another thing to check is to make sure you have enough space for new characters on the realm you are moving to.
