well i agree, all though i might have used other words.

The costumer service is pretty crappy in this game and we feel like a lot of information are being held away from us without a reason.

We are aware of the unusual latency issues currently occuring on realms of the Cyclone battlegroup. We have been investigating and are working towards a solution. We apologise for the frustration and inconvenience.
