So no patch 3.4?

Well as far as i am aware the final minor patch of 3.3 has been applied now to the US and EU servers.

Blizzard is as of yet still not naming any specific dates for the release of Cataclysm (Or even beta) - They cannot surely expect players to be sitting quietly on their hands waiting what could well be 6-8months down the line for something which may well be delayed even further for whatever reason.

I am happy in Icecrown at the moment, progressing through the instance - But even if i don't get to fight the Lich King in the next month or two i would prefer to have some contingency in place to give the players something to look forward too.

I don't know how i would feel about a filler patch (3.4) - Sunwell seemed initially like a filler patch and people thought that raid instance was amazing.

I would certainly be very disapointed in Blizzard though if in the next few weeks nothing in terms of news came out.

Absence of evidence is not evidence of absence. Whatever the future brings, we will inform you when the time is right.

In science we do not allow this kind of reasoning.
Actually, science is all about evidence, and there was no evidence of anything in my post above. As tempting as it might be to read between the words, doing so may be a path to disappointment. We get asked a lot about what might be coming in the future, and it is quite normal for us to say we will inform you as and when it is suitable to do so.
