Nah me neither.
You make a great game but your aftersales model in relation to discontented customers is alarming. Not all problems are easy to fix, but providing simple information on the source of the problems, measures being implemented (if any) and even a humble apology are not hard to produce. Every other company I give money to for a service, provides me with satisfaction or an apology, maybe even a refund. Blizzard seems to operate a very unique model liberated from such restrictions!
Am I going to quit or stop paying or etc? No, thats probably the most pathetic thing about it. Everyone is so invested in this game they will take any old crap indefinately.
Customers have the right to voice an opinion, and they will until they are met with a worthy response or solution.
